Unesco/World bank Scholarships
The United Nations Educational, Social and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) administers a number of scholarships for students from developing countries across the world. These are designed very specifically and are mainly for short placements, not full degree programmes. For futher information please visit the Unesco website.
In addition, The UNESCO Principal Regional Office for Asia and Pacific (UNESCO PROAP) has published a Directory of Scholarships and Grants for Students and Researchers in Asia and the Pacific (2001). This directory is for students and researchers in the region who seek further research or study opportunities where English is the medium of learning.
